    性激素受体的比较研究

    提要 为了进一步探讨先天性尿道下裂患儿的内分泌异常 ,作者应用冰冻切片直接荧光组织化学法对 23 例

    患儿阴茎组织中的雄激素受体(AR) ,雌激素受体( ER)和孕激素受体(PR)进行了检测。结果发现: (1) 尿道下裂和

    正常阴茎组织中均有这三种受体的表达 ,而且它们在尿道下裂和正常阴茎组织中的含量和分布情况相似 ,都是 AR

    含量最高 ,ER最低( P < 0. 05) 。(2) 尿道下裂阴茎组织中 AR量与对照(10 例包皮环切)相比无显著的统计学差异

    ( P > 0. 05) ,ER和 PR则比对照明显增加( P < 0. 05) 。(3) 三种受体在不同临床类型尿道下裂阴茎组织中的含量

    和分布无显著差异( P > 0. 05) 。(4) 受体阳性细胞主要分布在皮肤浅层。以上结果表明先天性尿道下裂可能不单

    涉及到某一种激素受体的缺陷 ,而可能与整个生殖内分泌系统的异常有关。

    A comparison study of multiple sex hormone receptors in

    In order to further study the endocritic abnormalities of congenital hypospadias , the androgen receptor

    (AR) 、 est rogen receptor ( ER) and progesterone receptor ( PR) were determined with fluorescent histochemical

    method in prepuce tissue of 23 children with hypospadias and 10 cont rols. The results demonst rated that :1. The

    three kinds of receptors were found in both the hypospadiac and normal children’ s prepuce tissue , and the

    amount and dist ribution of these receptors were similar between the two groups :the AR was dominate ,the ER

    was fewest and the PR in the middle ( P < 0. 05) . 2. The amounts of AR in penile prepuce tissue of children

    with hypospadias were fewer、 the ER and PR were more than those of normal children , They have significant

    statistic differences ( P < 0. 05) . 3. There were no significant statistic differences on the amount and dist ribution

    of the three kinds of receptors among different clinical types of hypospadias ( P > 0. 05) . 4. About 80 %of posi2

    tive staining cells located in the shallow layers beyond the basal cells of skin. It was concluded that the courses of

    congenital hypospadias might not only relate to the defect of one kind of hormone and it’ s receptor but also re2

    late to the disorders of whole genito2endocrinium.
