    齐刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

    【摘要】 目的观察针灸齐刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将腰椎间盘突出症患者60例随机分为治疗组(齐

    刺针法组)和对照组(一般针刺组)，每组30例，对两组患者进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%，对照组为86.

    67%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且治疗组平均疗程(18.53±3.23)天，明显短于对照组(22.23±3.46)天(P<

    0.01)。结论针灸齐刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症，具有效疗高、疗程短、取穴少、易于操作等优点。

    l Abstract]Objective To investigate the cliniea/efficacy of tfipie needling in treating/umbar intervertebral disc protrusion。Meth—

    ods Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly allocated to a treatment group(triple needling)and a POll·

    trol group(conventional acupuncture)，30 ca嘲each.The therapeutic effect was evaluated in both groups of patients.Results The

    total efficacy rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 86.67%in the control group：there was astatistically significant difference

    between the two groups(P<0.05).The average cour∞of treatment was significantly shorter inthe treatment group(18.53±3.23

    days)than in the control group(22.23±3.46 day8)(P<0.01).Conclusion Triple needling has the advantages of good therapeutic

    effect，short treatment course，few point selection and easy pedormanee intreating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
