老年危重患者全肠外营养支持治疗30例临床分析

重庆医学000411摘 要：目的探讨全肠外营养(TPN)支持治疗在老年内科危重患者中的应用价值。方法本组30例老年危重患者中，晚期肿瘤16例，非肿瘤患者14例，均采用中心静脉导管行TPN治疗，时间20～234天。结果全部患者营养不良及代谢紊乱得到不同程度改善。结论适宜的TPN治疗是老年危重患者抢救成功的重要治疗措施之一。在老年患者TPN治疗时应注意个体化，同时还应预防并发症，尤其是导管败血症的发生。
Total Parenteral Nutrition Support Therapy for Critical Elderly Patieuts:Analysis of 30 cases

Abstract：Aim:To evaluate the value of application of Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) support therapy in critical elderly patients. Methods:30 eases of critical elderly patients, including 16 eases of late cancers, 14 eases of non-cancer diseases have received TPN via central venous catheter for 20 to 234 days. Results:Malnutrition and metabolism disorders were improved in all patients who were given TPN support therapy. Conclusion:Appropriate TPN applied to critical elderly patients is an important measure. TPN therapy should be individualized in elderly patients. Besides, ccrnplications especially catheter-related sepsis shluld be prevented.
