反相高效液相色谱法测定塞克硝唑及其有关物质

    [摘要] 目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定塞克硝唑的含量及其有关物质。方法:采用Inertsil ODS C18色谱柱(5µm,4.6 mm×150 mm),以乙腈-水(10:90)为流动相,流速1.5 mL·min-1,检测波长:320nm。结果:反相高效液相色谱法测定的线性范围为0.5 ~700.0µg·mL-1;相关系数r = 0.9999;日内精密度为0.38%(n = 6);日间精密度为0.44%(n = 6)。结论:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定塞克硝唑的含量及有关物质,方法简便、快速、准确、专属性好。

    RP-HPLC determination of secnidazole and its related substances

    [Abstract] Objective: A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of secnidazole and its related substances. Method: The separation was performed on a Inertsil C18 column(5µm,4.6mm×150mm).The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile : water = 10:90.The flow rate was 1.5mL·min-1 .The detection was carried out with a UV detector at 320nm. Results: The calibration curves were linear between 0.5 ~700.0µg·mL-1 (r = 0.9999). Intra-day and inter-day RSD were 0.38% (n = 6)and 0.44%(n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate and is suitable for the determination of secnidazole and its related substances.
