新型精神药物的研究进展

    [摘要] 精神药物的开发研究近年来有了很大的进展，发展了一系列称之为第二代的抗精神病药与抗抑郁药。与第一代药物比较，第二代药物的药理机制有所不同，治疗作用更广泛，安全性和耐受性更好。第二代抗精神病药的特点是作用谱更广，对阴性症状、认知缺陷有疗。有更好的耐受性，提高了患者的治疗依从性。第二代抗抑郁药的特点是因不良反应较少扩大了适用的人群。本文对近来在中国上市的这类新药做一介绍。

    Progress of newer psychotropic drugs

    [Abstract] A huge progress of newly psychotropic drugs was developed rapidly in recent years. These newer products are named second-generation antipsychotics and antidepressants. Comparison with older drugs，they have difference pharmacological properties，therapeutic benefits and superior in safety and tolerance. Newer antipsychotics have broader spectrum of efficacy，increased effectiveness for negative symptoms and cognitive impairment，reduced risk of side effects and noncompliance. The potential benefits of newer antidepressants include fewer adverse effects and effectiveness in a greater proportion of patients. In this paper，the information of research and market of some new agents in China was reviewed.
