摘要：Objective: To investigate depression status in patients with stroke. Methods: Hamilton
Depression Scale (HAMD) was used to assess 63 hospitalized patients with stroke and 30
healthy persons. The total and factor scores of the HAMD were compared between groups, as
well as between first occurrence and reoccurrence of stoke. Results: HAMD total score and
