FK506的临床应用与血药浓度检测(3)
五、小 结
FK506是一种新型的强有力的免疫抑制剂，但其应用于临床只有十余年的历史，在国内的应用较少，时间较短。该药在中国人的药代动力学研究才刚刚开始，还缺乏系统的大规模多中心观察。国外已有的资料表明该药使用的个体差异性很大，用药期间需要反复测定其血药浓度。因此，研究国人的药代动力学显得更为急需。在临床用药时要根据血药浓度调整用药剂量，才能降低其副作用，发挥最好的治疗效果。目前应用的血药浓度检测方法中，以ELISA方法更为准确、方便、经济，适宜于临床反复、多次测定。
