应激性溃疡时胃泌酸的改变及制酸剂应用价值(3)
综前所述，目前对胃酸在应激性溃疡发生中的确切作用认识尚不明确，其在应激状态下改变的机理有待进一步研究。制酸剂对应激性溃疡出血防治效果确切，且无增加医源性肺炎的趋势，但常规使用制酸剂预防只宜适用于高危病人。
