7、预后
原发性小血管炎发生大量肺出血可危及生命，须引起高度重视。而且一旦肾脏受累则进展迅速，半数病人可表现为急性肾功能衰竭。然而激素和环磷酰胺有确切疗效，该组疾病在RPGN中预后最好。因此对临床可疑病人应早诊断，早治疗。
