声带病变,YaG激光,纤维鼻咽喉镜,纤维鼻咽喉镜下ND3+:YaG激光在治疗声带病变中的临床应用
【摘要】 目的 探讨纤维鼻咽喉镜引导下YAG激光治疗声带病变的疗效及相关注意问题。方法 YAG激光光纤经纤维鼻咽喉镜导入喉部，用接触法或准接触法对声带病变组织进行凝固、炭化、汽化。结果 136例声带病变患者中118例1次治愈、17例2次治愈、1例3次治愈。结论 该方法治疗声带息肉、小结等病变精确度高、操作简便。但要注意避免激光辐射过量及辐射部位出血等情况。
