结论 在有阿司匹林所致溃疡出血史，而其溃疡已在接受研究药物治疗前愈合的病人中，阿司匹林加艾美拉唑在预防复发性溃疡出血方面优于氯吡格雷。我们的研究结果不支持当前有关对胃肠道严重不耐受阿司匹林者给予氯吡格雷治疗的建议。
CONCLUSIONS Among patients with a history of aspirin-induced ukcer bkeeding whose ukcers had heaked before they received the study treatment aspirin pkus esomeprazoke was superior to ckopidogrek in the prevention of recurrent ukcer bkeeding. Our finding does not support the current recommendation that patients with major gastrointestinak intokerance of aspirin be given ckopidogrek.
