Abstract
AIMS To study the value of combinal determination of gastric juice gastric cancer antigen(GCA), CEA, sialic acid (SA) and acid-soluble glyoprotein(ASP) in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
METHODS The study group included 54 patients with gastric cancer, the control group included 47 patient with gastric ulcer, 43 chronic atrophic gastritis and 49 chronic superficial gastritis. The gastric juice GCA, CEA, SA and ASP were assayed by ELISA, radioimmunosassy and colorimetry method. The values of each profile between study and control groups were compared by variance analysis. ......
