第三军医大学大坪医院普通外科 重庆市 400042张连阳，男，1966-04-10生，广东省潮阳市人，汉族. 1987年第三军医大学医疗系本科毕业，1992年外科学硕士，副教授、副主任医师，普通外科副主任，硕士生导师，主要从事胃肠道肿瘤的临床研究及便秘外科的基础与临床研究，主编专著《肿瘤化学治疗敏感性和抗药性》，副主编专著《便秘临床基础》，参编《大肠肛门局部解剖及手术学》、《中国肛肠病学》等专著多本，发表论著20篇.

Establishment of a cathartic colon rat model*

Abstract
AIM To establish a cathartic colon rat model using rhubarb and phenolphthalein.
METHODS Eighty-four healthy mature Wistar rats were divided into two periods, in which 36 rats for the first period and 48 rats second period, and each period included control group, rhubarb group and phenolphthalein group. In the first period, beginning doses of rhubarb and phenolphthalein were 100mg/kg·d, and gradually increased to 3200mg/kg·d (rhubarb group) and 4000mg/kg·d (phenolphthalein group) at the 30th day. In the second period, beginning doses of rhubarb and phenolphthalein were 200mg/kg·d, and final doses were 2600mg/kg·d (rhubarb group) and 3600mg/kg·d (phenolphthalein group) after 3 months. The intestinal transit function was studied with the activated charcoal suspension pushing test. The colonic wall of rats was studied by routine pathology and special silver staining techniques. ......
