Abstract
AIM To make T lymphocyte recognize and kill the target tumor cells efficiently.
METHODS FACS analysis was used to compare the membrane molecules expression in anti-CD3, CD28, CD80, CD2, CD58 mAb-costimulated PBL before and after incubated with hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (BEL-7402), and RT-PCR was used to analyse TCR Vβ gene 1-20 subfamily expression. ......
