Abstract
AIM To explore the antitumor ways and mechanisms of Bifidobacteria and observe the relationship between apoptosis and proliferating activity of nude mouse transplantated tumors of large bowel carcinoma.
METHODS The apoptotic cells and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 40 cases of nude mice with transplantated tumors of large bowel carcinoma were investigated using in situ end labeling technique and PCNA immunohistochemical staining. ......
