Abstract
AIM To investigate effects of nitric oxide on esophageal motility disturbance in patients with diabetes mellitus.
METHODS Parameters including LES pressures (LESP), LES length (LESL), the distal esophageal peristalsis amplitude were determined by using PC polygraf HR manometry testing system; 24-hour esophageal pH monitoring were studied by Digitrapper MKⅢ ambulant monitor; and concentration of NO in serum was measured. ......
