Abstract
AIM To observe the effect on metastasis and adhesion of larg e intestine cancer cell HT-29 induced by vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
METHODS We measured the function of homotypic adhesion and hete rotypic adhesion in large intestinal cancer cell HT-29 with 3H-TdR infi ltration and experiment of rat tail colloid, and observed metastasis by Bodyen-Chamber. ......
