AbstractAIM To investigate the role of alteration of multiple genes in precancerous lesion and gastric cancer (GC).
METHODS Alteration of antioncogenes APC, MCC, DCC, YNZ22, P 53 and oncogenes Ki-ras, Bcl-2 was examined with PCR-RFLP, PCR-SSCP, RT-PCR and immunohistochemical technique in 60 cases of intestinal metaplsia (IM), 30 atypical hyperplasia and 52 GC tissue specimens. ......
