    刘海峰，1965-11-06生，河北省景县人，汉族. 1988年第三军医大学毕业，1994年和1998年分别获得第三军医大学医学硕士和医学博士学位，副教授，副主任医师，主要从事胃癌和胃癌前病变的研究工作，发表论文40篇，获军队科技进步二等奖1项，参编医学专著4部.
