AbstractAIM: To establish a diagnosis and evaluation score system for early diagnosis, dynamic monitor and therapeutic assessment of small intestinal dysfunction and failure.
METHODS:The basic and clinical researches of small intestinal function and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) reported within 10 years were reviewed by searching PubMed, Chinese Medicine Discs (CBMDISC) and PML Medical Full Text Online Database. The diagnosis methods of small intestinal dysfunction and failure, as well as the diagnosis score systems of MODS at present were evaluated and analyzed. ......
