    AbstractAIM:To study effects of tetrandrine (Tet) on the density and activity of Ca²⁺ in the liver cell during cold storage.

    METHODS:SD rats were divided into three groups. Before operation, Group A was injected saline, Group B, Tet , and Group C, nimodipine into the abdominal cavity. The livers of all the animals were perfused with lactic acid Ringer's solution at 4 ℃ and then stored for 2 hours in hypothermia. High energy phosporic acid compound and the density of Ca²⁺ in the liver cells were detected in all the groups; The pathologic changes were observed under microscope. ......
