AbstractAIM: To construct the replication-deficient recombinant adenoviruses-AdAChETinserted both cat acetylcholinesterase (AChET) and greenfluorescent protein (GFP) cDNA drived by CMV promoter using homologousrecombination in bacteria provided by AdEasy system and to investigate theeffect of AChET on cat smooth muscle cells. ......
