    内容摘要 近年来院内感染问题日益突出有与日剧增的趋势，笔者对引起院内感染的一些因素进行了分析，针对这些因素，并根据MEBT治疗的特点，制定了一套MEBT病房的消毒隔离管理措施。通过二年来的实践，使病房院内感染率降至2%，确保了烧伤病人的住院安全，达到了降低感染率，促进创面愈合的目的。

    Abstract Hospital infection has become a problem attracted increasing attention. This paper presents an analysis of the factors causing hospital infections and measures for disinfection and isolation administration of the wards to meet the requirement for MEBT. These measures have been implemented for 2 years and the hospital infection rate has been reduced to only 2%.
