    内容摘要 10年来采用MEBT/MEBO治疗不同类型烧伤共3500例，其中重度以上烧伤800余例，50%以上大面积烧伤150例；总治愈率超过95%，大面积重度烧伤治愈率超过85%，80余例Ⅲ度烧伤经MEBT/MEBO治愈。作者从四个方面总结了应用MEBT/MEBO技术的体会。

    A Summary of the Application of MEBT/MEBO in Treating Burns in the Past 10 Years Xiao Xinmin,Xiangfan Burn Center 441021

    Abstract In the past 10 years, 3,500 cases of burns of various kinds were treated with MEBT/MEBO. More than 800 cases had severe burn. 150 cases had burn area over 50%TBSA. The total curative rate reached more than 95%. For large area and severe burn, the curative rate reached more than 85%. More than 80 cases with third degree burn were cured by MEBT/MEBO. 6 out of the 10 cases with whole face burn were healed without skin grafting and the other 4 cases also cured with good result. 3 cases received skin grafting, the grafting area was less than 0.5% One case with deep severe burn area over 95%TBSA healed quickly, no skin grafting was needed and no scar formed.
