    内容摘要 目的：长期受压局部组织缺血坏死，并发感染形成难以愈合褥疮为治疗难题。本组15例不同部位，不同深度，不同病程褥疮均以MEBO治疗以期尽快痊愈。

    方法：以不造成新创伤为度，对褥疮面坏死组织进行消除、消毒、冲洗；吸干水份均匀涂抹MEBO。暴露法：药厚1mm，每天换药4—6次，包扎法：药厚2—3mm，每天换药2—3次，避免创面受压，加强支持治疗。结果：15例褥疮经MEBO治疗均获痊愈，短者10天，长者60天，治疗中未见毒付反应。结论：MEBO治疗褥疮简单易行效果确实，值得推广。

    Clinical Analysis of 15 Cases of Decubital Ulcer healed by MEBO Li Shenglin,Yintang City Hospital of Chinese medicine, Jiangxi Province 335000

    Abstract Decubital ulcer is often difficult to heal. The author used MEBO for treating 15 cases of decubital ulcer at different sites and with different depth. All the cases healed. The results were very satisfactory. A detailed method of the application of the drug is presented.
