    [摘 要]目的：总结小儿烧伤休克期的观察护理指标。方法：综合有关文献和临床体会，分别从神志、尿量、生命体征、呕吐物及大便、饮食等五个方面进行观察，并结合临床出现的问题，采取相应的护理、治疗措施。结果：80例病例病人的烧伤创面全部采用MEBT/MEBO治疗，治愈率100%。结论：采用MEBT/MEBO治疗小儿中度以上烧伤，细心观察护理是有效防治早期休克和全程治疗的基础。

Nursing work included inspection of the mentality, urine output, physi cal sign, vomited substances and feces, food intake. Nursing and treating me asur es should be taken according to the condition. Result: 80 cases were cured by tr eating with MEBT/MEBO, the curative rate was 100%. Conclusion: When MEBT/MEBO is applied in treating burn children, careful inspection and nursing is very impor tant in treating and preventing shock at the early stage and in the whole treating course. ......
