    内容摘要 我院自1990年开始接受烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗烧伤患者，其中治愈两例小儿大面积烧伤。两例均为热液烫伤，烫伤总面积分别为45%和40%体表面积，深Ⅱ度烧伤面积分别为10%和5%。主要治疗经验是全程使用MEBO治疗，不应任意中断；加强受压部位的用药处理，防止药物因受压或改变体位而流失。同时注意全身系统治疗与对疤处理，如休克防治，心脏、肾脏功能维持，口服或静脉营养治疗等。

    Two Children with Large Area Scald Healed by MEBO Zhang Yelin Dongwai Hospital,East District,Beijing 100027

    Abstract Two children were scalded by hot liquid with an area of 45%BSA and 40%BSA respectively.The deep second degree scalded area was respectively 10%BSA and 5%BSA.MEBO was applied in the whole course of the treatment.The author summed up his experience as the following:1,MEBO should be applied continuously without interruption 2,Wounds under pressure should be treated with care to avoid loss of MEBO.3,Systemic and expectant treatment such as antishock,heart and kidney function protecting measures,oral and intra-venous nutrition supply,etc are necessary.
