    [摘 要] 目的：探讨严重烧伤病人营养疗法中的护理经验。方法：回顾性总结和分析68例病人的营养护理疗法，休克纠正过后，实行早期胃肠道营养，4～7天静脉营养液以能量为主，此后注意加强蛋白质，氨基酸、及脂肪乳剂的补充。结果：68例病人均未出现体重明显下降及营养不良，治疗中也未发生严重并发症，全部治愈。创面愈合时间为36～82天。结论：严重烧伤的营养支持宜采用胃肠道与静脉营养相结合的原则，而护理工作至关重要。

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the experience in nutrition support nursing for severely burned patients. Method: A summing-up of the experience in nursing 68 cases was made. At the end of shock stage, early gastrointestinal nutrition support was applied. On days 4 to 7, intravenous nutritional fluid supply as the main energy source was necessary, and then adequate supply of protein, amino acids and lipid emulsions was continued. Result: No malnutrition, and no loss of body weight and no severe complications happened. All the 68 patients cured. Wounds healed in 36 to 82 days. Conclusion: Gastrointestinal and intravenous supply of sufficient nutrition should be considered coordinately, nursing work is very important in the treatment of the patients. ......
