内源性一氧化氮对急性坏死性胰腺炎大鼠肠黏膜通透性的影响

摘要
目的:探讨内源性一氧化氮(NO)对急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)大鼠肠黏膜通透性的影响.
方法:84只Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为4组:假手术组,生理盐水组(ANP/NS),硫酸甲基异硫脲组(ANP/SMT),精氨酸组(ANP/L-Arg).测定12 h和24 h 血浆和小肠黏膜组织NO含量,观察小肠的病理改变,肠黏膜通透性以及脏器细菌移位率.
结果:ANP大鼠病程中存在NO含量降低、肠黏膜损伤,出现肠黏膜通透性升高和细菌移位,应用SMT可使NO的含量更加减少,肠黏膜损伤更加严重,肠黏膜通透性和脏器细菌移位率显著增加;应用左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)后小肠的病理损害明显减轻,肠黏膜的通透性显著降低,脏器细菌移位率显著减少.
结论:ANP大鼠病程中存在内源性NO水平降低,肠黏膜通透性升高,适当调节内源性NO的水平对降低ANP肠黏膜通透性具有一定的保护作用.
