干扰素对肝星状细胞活化的影响

摘要
干扰素分为两大类:I型和II型.I型干扰素分为IFN-a、IFN-b、IFN-w,II型干扰素IFN-g.IFN结合细胞表面特殊的受体.IFN-a、IFN-b竞争结合细胞表面相同的受体,而IFN-g结合不同的受体,干扰素的受体本身并无酪氨酸激酶活性,但也可以激活酪氨酸激酶通路,将信号有细胞表面而传导至核而影响特异的基因转录等一系列细胞内事件.IFN-a已经显示在各种类型的间质细胞中有抗增生和抗纤维化作用.IFN-b可能更容易诱导细胞凋亡,另外可以减少a-SMA表达,从而减轻肝纤维化.IFN-g是肝纤维化发展中一个关键的调节因子,通过抑制肝星状细胞的活化,拮抗TGF-b1,诱导胶原酶产生而降低细胞外基质的沉积.
