剑突下穿刺胆管造影术

摘要
目的:报告剑突下穿刺胆管造影术的方法和临床应用经验.
方法:在B超定位下，于剑突下经皮肤经肝脏穿刺左胆管行胆管造影术，拔针后压迫穿刺点5-10 min.如穿刺失败，改行右侧径路穿刺或经皮肝穿刺胆囊造影术.

结果:189例行剑突下穿刺胆管造影术，177例穿刺成功，成功率94%，无出血和胆漏并发症;12例中转右侧径路穿刺胆管造影术，其中9例成功，术中发现不同程度的出血和胆漏.总成功率98%.
结论:剑突下穿刺胆管造影术可作为经皮肝穿刺胆管造影术的首选方法.
