【摘要】 目的 探讨手指脱套伤的治疗方法。方法 平卧位，臂丛麻醉加局部浸润麻醉。一指脱套伤后可采用对侧上臂、前臂、胸肩峰或腹部皮管修复，一般3周后行断蒂手术。如为多指或全指脱套伤，采用对侧腹壁插入皮下包埋，4周后取出，手指指腹及手掌游离植皮。结果 62例患者，保存了手指的形状，功能基本恢复。结论 皮管及腹部袋状皮瓣修复手指脱套伤是一种有效的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the methods of repairing degloving injury of the fingers.Methods Degloving injury of one finger was repaired opposite the upper arm flap，forearm flap，thoracoacromial flap or abdominal tubed flap.Degloving injury of the fingers were repaired by opposite the marsupial skin flap.The palms of the fingers were reˉpaired by free skin graft.Results The finger’s shape was kept.The main function of hand was recovered.Concluˉsion The methods are all efficacious methods.
