    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and results of treating phimosis and redundant prepuce with peeled circumcision.Methods 106patients were operated with peeled circumcision，including66cases with phimoˉsis，38cases with redundant prepuce，2cases with concealed penis.During the operation，only the surplus skin of preˉpuce was excised，the Colles’s fascia with the blood and lymph vessel in it was remained.Results the time of follow-up ranged from2to24months，and the results are satisfactory in104cases ......
