【摘要】 目的 探讨bcl-2和VEGF在大肠腺瘤癌变过程中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测92例大肠腺瘤癌变标本中bcl-2和VEGF在腺瘤轻、重度异型增生区及癌变区表达。结果 bcl-2在重度异型增生区及癌变区表达明显高于轻度异型增生区(P<0.05)，差异有显著性，VEGF在轻、重度异型增生区及癌变区表达明显高于正常粘膜(P<0.05)，差异有显著性。结论 bcl-2和VEGF在大肠腺瘤癌变过程中发挥重要作用。
