【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔内注射盐酸可卡因可诱导肝细胞凋亡。方法 给35天雄性Wistar大鼠腹腔内注射盐酸可卡因(60mg/kg)。对照组腹腔内注射相同剂量的普通生理盐水。在可卡因使用的第24h、96h、7天分别处死动物并获取肝脏。用TUNEL、流式细胞技术检测凋亡。结果 肝细胞凋亡在使用可卡因24h出现、96h达高峰，7天仍存在，同对照组相比(P<0.05)，流式细胞分析出现凋亡峰。结论 腹腔内注射盐酸可卡因可以诱导肝细胞凋亡。
