【摘要】 目的 回顾性总结52例10kg以下婴幼儿的体外循环(CPB)管理体会。方法 对我院2000年2月～2004年3月的52例10kg以下婴幼儿先心病手术的临床资料(年龄、性别、体重、手术类型)及CPB方法(CPB设备、预充液成分、CPB时间、升主动脉阻断时间等)做一回顾性分析。结果 全组病例男29例，女23例。年龄6～24个月，体重5.5～10kg，CPB时间16～223min，升主动脉阻断时间0～108min。52例均顺利脱机，3例术后死亡。结论 婴幼儿CPB需性能稳定的心肺机及膜式氧合器，尽可能减少预充量，合理的预充、良好的心肺保护、结合超滤技术，可提高手术成功率。
