【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性正己烷中毒对神经系统的损害。方法 对42例患者进行了肌电图、神经传导速度及体感诱发电位检测。结果 31例有不同程度神经电生理指标异常,占检测总数的73.8%。结论 检测结果说明神经系统的损害是广泛的,必须避免在没有保护的环境中长期接触含有正己烷类有毒有害化合物。关键词 正己烷 神经电生理学
Electroneurophysiological detection in patient with chronic N-hexane poisoning

【Abstract】 Objective To observe chronic toxicity of N-hexane in nervous system.Methods 42cases were determined by EMG,NCV and SEP.Results 31cases were abnormal in different degree in electroneurophysiological tests,The ratio was75.6%of42cases.Conclusion The lesions of nerve system were wide spread in patient with N-hexane and people should avoid contacting with N-hexane without any protector.
