·【摘要】 目的 探讨蛴螬提取物体外对人MGC-803胃癌细胞株的抗肿瘤作用。方法 应用血清药理学实验检测蛴螬提取物对MGC-803胃癌细胞的抗增殖作用及药物敏感性。结果 血清药理学实验结果表明，灌服蛴螬的含药血清组对MGC-803胃癌细胞株生长抑制率达28.93%，与阴性对照组相比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 蛴螬提取物在体外对人MGC-803胃癌细胞株有显著抗增殖作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-cancer of the grub extract for MGC-803gastric cancer cell line in vitro.Methods Using sero-pharmacological experiment，the inhibition of cell’s growth and the sensitivity of the grub extract for MGC-803gastric cancer cells was examined.Results The grub extract significantly inhibited the proliferation of gastric cancer cells in vitro and the inhibitive effects were depended on the medicine concentration and treating times.Conclusion The grub extract has significant inhibition of proliferation of gastric cancer cell line. ......
