树脂型氟离子缓释正畸粘接剂的氟离子缓释和粘接性能研究

     【摘要】 目的 了解树脂型氟离子缓释正畸粘接剂(Fluoride Releasing Adhesive,FRA)缓释氟离子的性能,并比较FRA和目前临床常用的2种正畸粘接剂的粘接抗张强度和粘接抗剪强度,全面评价其氟离子缓释和粘接性能。方法 (1)测定并计算FRA在一定时间中累计氟离子释放量,绘制出时间—氟离子累计释放量趋势线,并计算每单位质量FRA有效氟离子释放量。(2)分别用3种粘接剂粘接牛牙釉质和金属托糟,在离体实验条件下,测试其粘接抗张强度和粘接抗剪强度并进行比较。结果 时间—氟离子累计释放量趋势线显示,FRA在90天内能持续、稳定地释放氟离子,每单位质量FRA在90天内有效氟离子释放量为449μg/g。3种粘接剂之间粘接抗张强度和粘接抗剪强度均没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 FRA具有稳定缓释氟离子的能力,每单位质量FRA有效氟离子释放量达到了449μg/g。且FRA可以达到临床使用的粘接强度要求,在3个月的时间内,FRA中氟离子的释放没有对FRA的粘接强度产生不利的影响。

    Study on the retarded releasing and adhesive capability of resinous fluoride releasing adhesive

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the retarded releasing capability of resinous fluoride releasing adhesive(FRA)and to establish a set of methods and indexes to evaluate that capability.To compare the tensile and shear strength of fluoride releasing adhesive(FRA)and other two types of ordinary orthodontic adhesives.Methods (1)The trendline of time-total fluoride weight was drawn and effective fluoride releasing of each unit of FRA was calculated based on the measurement and account of total fluoride releasing in a certain period of time.(2)The tensile and shear strength of three kinds of adhesives between bovine enamel and metal brackets were determined respectively in vitro.Results The trendline of time-total fluoride weight showed that FRA could release fluoride continuously and steadiˉly in90days and the effective fluoride releasing of each unit of FRA was449μg/g.The tensile and shear strength of three kinds of adhesives were not different statistically(P>0.05).Conclusion FRA can release fluoride slowly and steadily and the effective fluoride releasing of each unit of it can be449μg/g.FRA can meet the clinical adhesive reˉquire and the fluoride has no bad effect on its adhesive strength in3months.
