【摘要】 目的 了解福田区疫苗针对传染病流行特征，为免疫策略的制度提供依据。方法 分析福田区1985～2002年来疫苗针对传染病发病资料。结果 脊灰无发病，白喉、乙脑、流脑偶发，百日咳、风疹低水平流行，主要疫苗针对传染病是肺结核、乙肝、麻疹、甲肝，福田区18年来疫苗针对传染病发病率是下降的。结论 预防和控制疫苗针对传染病在继续保持基础免疫或初免接种率高水平的基础上，并对主要疫苗针对传染病流行的重点人群实施针对性有效的免疫策略。
