【摘要】 目的 探讨诊断用超声波对中孕宫内胎儿检查是否安全及安全阈值剂量。方法 将36例中孕妇女随机分4组:Ⅰ组(对照组);Ⅱ组(超声照射5min组);Ⅲ组(超声照射10min)组;Ⅳ组(超声照射30min)组。采用诊断超声辐射孕妇宫内胎儿肝脏器官，48h经引产后取出胎儿肝脏组织进行超微结构研究。结果 Ⅳ组发现有肝细胞内线粒体部分有肿胀，嵴模糊，Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组无细胞超微结构改变。结论 诊断用超声辐射孕妇宫内胎儿肝脏不超过10min时对胎儿肝脏超微结构无损害。
