【摘要】 目的 了解12导同步动态心电图心律失常的发生情况。方法 分析263例12导同步动态心电图资料。结果 房性早搏发生率位居第1位占80.23%(211/263)，室性早搏位居第2位占66.92%(176/263)，房性心动过速居第3位占20.15%(53/263)，心房颤动第4位占7.98%(21/263)。结论 房性早搏发生率高于室性早搏，房性心动过速发生率高于心房颤动。
