【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the outcome in treatment to hypothalamus injury.Methods The methods of prevention and complex treatment of hypothalamic dysfunctions were used.Results 14out of15tumors were reˉmoved totally and subtotally one patient was dead，and13patients got better recovery.Conclusion Hypothalamus inˉjury is one of the most important complications of brain injury.If the methods of prevention and complex treatment of hypothalamus injury were used，we can get better outcome.
