【摘要】 目的 探讨产后出血的原因和防治措施。方法 对138例产后出血患者的病因和处理方法进行回顾性分析。结果 产后出血原因主要是子宫收缩乏力(47.8%)，其次是胎盘滞留，胎盘胎膜残留，软产道裂伤。结论 产后出血应以药物综合治疗为主，根据具体情况选用子宫切除、宫腔纱条填塞等方法。
