【摘要】 目的 寻找减少医疗投诉的良策。方法 对我院眼科发生的16例医疗投诉的形成原因进行回顾性分析。结果 (1)16例中，4例为有过错投诉，12例为无过错投诉;12例中，纯患方原因3例，9例为医患双方的原因;(2)患者投诉理由:7例疑诊断有误，6例对疗效不满，2例疑医方操作失误，5例诉服务态度欠佳(解释不细心)。结论 减少投诉的途径主要是抓好两个方面的工作，(1)做好医学知识和医疗法规的宣传教育工作，由此减少以盲目追求经济赔偿为目的的毫无根据的医疗投诉;(2)不断地、全面地提高医务人员的思想道德、文化修养及专业技术等诸多方面的素质，提高患者对医疗服务的满意度。
