【摘要】 目的 分析目前儿科临床抗病毒检查及用药情况，发现问题并提出解决方案，提供安全可靠的抗病毒方法，提高儿童病毒性疾病的治疗效果。方法 进行儿科临床用药调研分析，同时进行干扰素临床使用观察。将3个月～12岁之间的儿童随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予干扰素肌注，对照组给予病毒唑加入葡萄糖静滴。两组均不用抗生素。结果 治疗组有效率97.14%，对照组有效率为60%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.001)。结论 运用干扰素治疗儿童上感是一种安全有效值得推广的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To find out current chinical conditions about anti-virus detection and medicine apˉplication in pediatrics，find out the problems，put up with the law and provide safe and reliable methods to resist virus.Methods made an analysis of medical application conditions in pediatrics and an observation of Interferon’s clinical application at the same time.Divided all the Children(age from3months to12years old)into two groups randomly:the treatment group and the Control group.The treatment group was applied with Interferon intramuscular injection and the control group was applied with Ribavirin plus glucose intravenous injection.Noto:no antibiotic was applied.Reˉsults Effectiveness rate is97.14%in the treatment group and60%in the control group.Conclusion There exists a distinct difference between the two groups. ......
