【摘要】 目的 观察复合维生素B ₁₂ 溶液治疗口腔粘膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选择门诊口腔粘膜溃疡患者294例，分为2组，分别采用复合维生素B ₁₂ 溶液及常规方法进行治疗，对溃疡面愈合速度、疼痛缓解情况等分别进行比较。结果 复合维生素B ₁₂ 溶液具有促进溃疡面愈合、局部止痛及抗感染的作用。结论 复合维生素B ₁₂ 溶液是治疗各种口腔粘膜溃疡疗效较好药物，应推广应用。
