【摘要】 目的 寻求一种对细菌动力试验结果更容易判定的半固体培养基。方法 在传统半固体培养基中加入氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)进行动力试验，并与传统半固体培养基比较。结果 用TTC半固体培养基进行细菌动力实验与传统培养基有较好的相关性，且比传统半固体培养基结果更容易判断。结论 TTC半固体培养基可用于常规细菌动力鉴定。
