【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of spiral CT in diagnosis and classification of renal trauˉma.Methods 42cases of renal trauma are analyzed retrospectively.Results Based on spiral CT manifestation，the renal trauma can be divided into5types:(1)contusion of kidney8cases;(2)rupture of kidney15cases;(3)subacpˉsular hematoma17cases;(4)single hematoma around the kidney5cases;(5)broken kidney4cases.Conclusion Definite diagnosis and classification can be made by spiral CT ......
