【摘要】 目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的疗效。方法 回顾分析45例2000年4月～2003年3月收治的45例胫骨平台骨折手术病例。结果 45例中38例经8～26个月随访，均已骨性愈合，按Merchant评分标准，优良率84.6%。结论 对关节面塌陷移位>5mm的胫骨平台骨宜采用切开复位内固定术，有骨缺损时须植骨。
